New passenger cars sold were 576,657 units in Malaysia and 724,346 in ThaÃ¯lande in 2013. Together they represent the volume of a country like Italy. In Saudi Arabia about 740,000 passenger and commercial vehicles were sold in 2017 and the market could reach 1 million in 2017.
